Laura & Adrian chose to celebrate their wedding in Quinta do Lago, a place that has always been special to them after years of holidaying in the Algarve.
For this UK couple, returning to somewhere filled with happy memories made the whole weekend feel even more meaningful. Their celebrations centred around the beautiful Casa Velha, where family and friends gathered in one of the Algarve’s most stunning settings to watch the blending of two families in a truly relaxed and joyful atmosphere.
One of my personal highlights from the weekend was the day before the wedding, when we rented a Porsche and took it out around the incredible roads of Quinta do Lago, carving through the scenery, soaking up the sunshine, and capturing some unforgettable moments before the celebrations began. It was the perfect start to a wedding weekend that felt both deeply personal and effortlessly fun.

Lucky for me, living in the same city as Laura and Adrian, they invited me to their beautiful home to have their first screening with them.
This was particularly special for me as I rarely, if ever, get to see a couple’s reaction as they watch their film for the first time. With parents and bridal party at the ready, it was a really special moment to sit down and experience it all together.
This really demonstrates the rollercoaster of emotions you will feel watching your wedding films back.
